Dr. Priscilla Howie
Dr Priscilla Z. Howie was born and raised in Zimbabwe, Africa. She then obtained her Podiatric medical degree at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. She completed a 4-year foot and ankle surgical residency training at the fast-paced Level 1 trauma center Temple University Hospital. Here she was exposed to a diverse array of Podiatric care.
Dr Howie has substantial surgical and clinical training in all conditions that may arise in the foot and ankle, including trauma, infections, Charcot Foot, arthroscopy, advanced wound care, diabetic limb salvage, and at-risk palliative foot care. She has experience and enjoys interacting with all age groups. She works closely with infectious disease, vascular surgeons, and hyperbaric oxygen centers in order to meet the needs that may arise in her patients’ care.
Dr Howie is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and a member of American Podiatric Medical Association and the New Jersey Podiatric Medical Association.
She currently has privileges at Virtua Health Hospitals and Wound Care Center.
Dr Howie is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, cooking and trying DIY projects!
